Time Bascule Film / Exhibition
AoR were delighted to collaborate with artist Di Mainstone on the music and sound design for Time Bascule/Making the Bridge Sing, a film commissioned to celebrate the 125th Anniversary of Tower Bridge
The film imagines the transformation of the iconic Tower Bridge into an abundant garden. Using magical musical vibrations triggered by the building’s design and structure, Di found ways to ‘play’ the suspension bridge like a giant musical instrument.

DNW – Deeds Not Words,
Cross-genre collaboration
As part of the Vote 100 Centenary celebration 2018, Mandy and Di Mainstone founded DNW to explore the actions of suffragettes through a 21st century perspective and to honour them in bold ways.
DNW, a Guerilla art collective, used filmed stunts, experimental music, archive footage, recorded material, props and costumes to unleash the past.

IORA & Mandy Wigby
As part of Co-Lab Theory, we present the music video by visual artist Debbie Collins, who interpreted ‘Nobody’s Listening’, that IORA & Mandy Wigby produced together in just 16 hours. This represents just one of the collaborative explorations for this project, which paired 8 up-and-comers of the music scene with 8 distinguished artists to make a track in 16 hours, each of which has been interpreted by 8 varied visual artists.

Design Exchange Magazine – Future Forecast
In a cross-disciplinary collaboration, Design Exchange commissioned AoR to compose the music for their first interactive print design magazine using Augmented Reality/video in 2016.
An app allowed the reader/smartphone user to reveal the extra dimensions to this special edition magazine.
As images rises up out of the pages, unsettling minimal soundscapes featuring harp, waterphone and granular synthesizers can be heard.
